The main reasons for Page Rank drop:
1. Some important websites are no longer linking to your.
2. Previous link partners are no longer linking to you.
3. Link partners experience a drop in their own PR.
4. The number of links on a link partners site has increased.
5. Increasing the amount of outbound links from your own site can cause your PR to drop.
6. Adding new pages within your own site can decrease PR.
7. Linking to bad neighborhoods (link farms, penalised sites, banned sites, etc.) is a sure way to lose your PR.
Be careful, your site can be banned if it links to banned sites.
Bad incoming links don't have impact on Page Rank. |
