Hi Berndtseo, welcome to TedallSearch.
Aside from OnPage SEO (Title, Description, Keywords, H1 tags, etc.) you have to build links to your website.
Here are some link building methods:
1) directory submissions
2) link exchanging with on topic sites
3) article writing (powerful link)
4) press releases
5) submit your website to Social Media websites
6) forum sigs & website reviews
7) signing guestbooks & other spam..
8) if you have a good budget you can also consider buying high quality links
Don't forget to use the keywords you are targeting, in the link title.
