Well categorized and organized PR4 directory. Seems like a good linking opportunity.
Wrong!!!
No subpage of the directory is indexed by Google. Why?
Because the robots.txt file is used to block search engines from accessing the subpages of the directory.

But to get listed in that directory you have to provide a reciprocal link, of course. But not just a reciprocal link, you have to place the link on your site's homepage or on a page with a Google PageRank of at least 2.
