It depends on what you want to achieve.
It's good if you are interested in selling that website, because the autosurf can increase to your Alexa Ranking.
It's also good if you are running an advertisement campaign on your website, because it will increase the number of impressions.

If you think autosurf will bring you targeted traffic...you are wrong!! It's just going to waste your time and your bandwidth.

I have never tried these traffic generation programs and I would never do because I think the people actually visits other sites just for the reason to earn points.. they are not really interested in your site.
